He met Sigmund Freud in 1907 in Vienna and was Freud's main staff to then but in 1912 to separate from him to develop his own depth psychology. Jung, who had been chosen by Freud to "crown prince" of the psychoanalytic movement, performed a palace coup by not recognizing the primary importance of "libido", the central concept of the Freudian sexual theory. One of the basic instincts of sexuality and aggression added Jung two more powerful unconscious drives added that "work needs" and the need for "self-realization". "Analytical Psychology" is a term of Jung has the integration and maturity of human personality on the subject. After Jung's personality is then healthy and integrated, if they like male aggression and female sensibility, holding opposing forces within the individual in balance.
